All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, which supplement any specific conditions published alongside individual promotions.
Wagering Requirements
All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements (rollover) before the bonus amount or any winnings derived from it may be withdrawn as cash. The applicable wagering requirement multiplier for each promotion is stated in the individual promotion terms. Failure to meet the wagering requirement within the specified validity period will result in automatic cancellation of the bonus and any associated winnings.
Bonus Eligibility
Welcome bonuses are available to new players on their first qualifying deposit only. Players who have previously held an account with 57bet, or who have claimed a welcome bonus under a different mobile number, are not eligible for first-deposit promotions. 57bet reserves the right to verify bonus eligibility through cross-referencing account data.
Bonus Abuse
57bet actively monitors accounts for patterns consistent with bonus abuse, including arbitrage betting, low-risk wagering designed solely to clear rollover requirements, or coordinated multi-account bonus farming. Where such patterns are identified, 57bet reserves the right to void bonuses, cancel associated winnings, and suspend or permanently close the account.
5. Prohibited Conduct
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 57bet platform. Any account found to have engaged in prohibited conduct is subject to immediate suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of all account balances without prior notice.

Creating or operating more than one account on the platform, whether under the same or different personal details, for any reason whatsoever.

Using software, bots, scripts, or automated tools of any kind to interact with the platform, place bets, or manipulate game outcomes in a way not intended by the game rules.

Engaging in match-fixing, event manipulation, or any activity that compromises the integrity of a sporting event or casino game offered on the platform.

All content published on the 57bet platform — including but not limited to website design, layout, graphics, logos, text, software, game interfaces, data compilations, and promotional materials — is the exclusive property of 57bet or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property law. No content from the platform may be copied, reproduced, modified, distributed, republished, or used for commercial purposes without prior written authorisation from 57bet.
The 57bet brand name, logo, and all associated trademarks are protected marks. Unauthorised use of the 57bet name or logo — including in affiliate marketing, social media profiles, or third-party applications — without explicit written permission is a breach of these Terms and may give rise to legal proceedings.
7. Limitation of Liability
57bet provides its platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While every reasonable effort is made to maintain uninterrupted service, 57bet does not warrant that the platform will be available at all times, free from errors, or free from technical interruption. 57bet shall not be liable for any losses — whether direct, indirect, consequential, or otherwise — arising from platform downtime, data loss, unauthorised access to your account by a third party, or any decision made by you based on information provided on the platform.
Gambling involves financial risk. 57bet is not responsible for financial losses incurred through betting or gaming activity on the platform. Players are solely responsible for their own wagering decisions. Never wager money you cannot afford to lose.
8. Account Suspension and Termination
57bet may suspend or permanently close a player account at any time and for any of the following reasons, at its sole discretion and without prior notice where circumstances warrant immediate action.
Suspension for Investigation
57bet may temporarily suspend an account while investigating a suspected breach of these Terms, a disputed transaction, a fraud or money-laundering concern, or a responsible gaming safeguarding matter. During a suspension period, the player's balance is preserved and will be returned if the account is reinstated following a clean investigation outcome.
Permanent Closure
Accounts found to have breached these Terms — including but not limited to multi-accounting, fraud, prohibited conduct, or providing false KYC documentation — will be permanently closed. Any balance accumulated through fraudulent activity will be forfeited in full. Balances not tainted by prohibited conduct may be returned to the registered payment method following a completed investigation at 57bet's discretion.
9. Responsible Gaming
57bet is committed to responsible gaming as a core operating principle, not merely a compliance obligation. All accounts include access to deposit limit controls, daily loss limits, session time reminders, and a self-exclusion tool. These tools are accessible from within your account settings at any time and do not require contacting support to activate.

11. Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with your use of the 57bet platform should be directed in the first instance to the 57bet customer support team, who will make every reasonable effort to resolve the matter promptly and fairly. 57bet aims to respond to all formal complaints within 5 business days of receipt. Where a dispute cannot be resolved through internal channels, the parties agree to seek resolution through mediation before pursuing any formal legal proceedings. Nothing in this clause limits your rights as a consumer under applicable law.
